Markbygden ETT is the third and final sub-project of Markbygden Phase 1 and consists of 179 wind turbines GE-137/3.6 MW on 131m high towers. Markbygden ETT wind farm is connected to the Råbäcken substation, which is owned by Markbygden Net AB. The project, developed by Svevind AB, was transferred to GE EFS and Green Investment Group, part of Macquarie Group, in 2017 after start of its construction. Markbygden ETT was the largest single onshore wind farm in Europe at the time of its operation start.
