Ersträsk wind farm is the second sub-project of Markbygden Phase 1, located in its northwestern part. The sub-project is divided into two installation phases and comprises 68 wind turbines manufactured by German OEM Enercon (E-92, E101 and E-126). Ersträsk wind farm is connected to the Råbäcken substation, which is owned by Markbygden Net AB. The project was transferred to Enercon GmbH in 2015 and later divested to investors.
